Terms of Use

The short version. Use the app for your own focus sessions. Plus subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel in the App Store or Google Play, not with us. The music is licensed for listening inside the app only — it is not a royalty-free library.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Focus Flow Finish mobile app, published by Leafy Orb (“LeafyOrb”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. They sit alongside the LeafyOrb Terms of Service; where the two differ for this app, the page you are reading governs.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where the law permits it regardless of this restriction.

2. Plus subscriptions and purchases

The focus timer is free. Focus Flow Finish Plus unlocks the full soundscape catalogue, every theme and offline downloads. It is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are governed by their policies, not ours.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Trials are limited to one per user and may be unavailable if you have subscribed before.
Prices are shown in the app before you confirm, vary by country, and may change for future billing periods with notice.
The lifetime purchase covers the lifetime of the app and the account you bought it with. It is not transferable and does not entitle you to future separate products.

Because entitlements are tied to your store account and not to an account with us, we cannot restore a purchase made with a different Apple ID or Google account. Use Restore purchases in Settings if a purchase is not recognised on a device.

3. The music

The soundscapes in Focus Flow Finish are licensed to you for personal listening within the app only. This is not a royalty-free or stock music library. You may not:

extract, copy, re-upload or redistribute the audio, in whole or in part;
use it as background music in videos, streams, podcasts, games or any other production, whether or not that production is monetised;
use it to train machine-learning or generative models;
perform it publicly or use it in a commercial venue.

Downloaded tracks are stored for offline playback inside the app while your Plus entitlement is active and remain subject to this section.

4. Your session data

Your session history, streaks and settings belong to you and are stored on your device. We claim no ownership of them and have no copy — see the Focus Flow Finish Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the app deletes that data permanently, and we cannot restore it.

5. Not professional advice

Focus Flow Finish is a productivity and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice. If you have concerns about attention, sleep or mental health, consult a qualified professional.

6. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to circumvent the entitlement checks, access the catalogue outside the app, interfere with our servers, or use automated means to download content. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this section is being breached.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, themes or individual tracks over time. The catalogue is curated and its contents will change. We aim to keep the app working reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and streaming depends on your own internet connection.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeafyOrb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
