Privacy Policy

The short version. WordPith has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your puzzles, your garden and your streak live on your device and nowhere else.

This policy covers WordPith, a word game published by Leafy Orb. It sits alongside the LeafyOrb Privacy Policy; where the two differ for this app, this page governs. The app shows the same text under Me → Privacy.

1. Who we are

WordPith is published by Leafy Orb, 937/2, Maruthupandiar Street, Thasilthar Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625020, India.

2. What stays on your device

Your daily results, the roots in your garden and when each is next due for review, your streak, your seed balance and your settings are stored on the device, in the app’s own storage. They are not uploaded, and we cannot read them.

Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no copy elsewhere to restore from, which is the trade for not having an account.

3. What leaves your device

Purchases. If you buy WordPith+, a pack or seeds, the purchase is handled by Apple or Google and validated by RevenueCat, who tell the app what you are entitled to. They receive a purchase receipt and an anonymous identifier the app generates. They do not receive your name or your email, because the app never asks for either.

Nothing else. This release sends no analytics and no crash reports. If that changes, this page changes first and the app will say so before the release that does it.

4. Reminders

If you turn on a daily reminder, it is scheduled by your device’s own notification system. There is no push server and no device token: nothing about your reminder reaches us.

5. Children

WordPith is made for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. It has no accounts, no ads, no chat and no user-generated content, so there is nothing for anyone to disclose and nothing for a stranger to send them.

6. Your choices

You can turn reminders off in Me, or in your device’s notification settings.

You can delete everything by deleting the app. Purchases are held by the store, not by us, so Restore Purchases brings back a subscription or a pack on a new install. Seeds are a consumable and are not restored; the paywall says so before you buy.

7. Deleting your data

Everything WordPith keeps is on your device, so deleting the app deletes it permanently.

RevenueCat holds the record of what you bought against the anonymous identifier, so that purchases can be restored. To have that record deleted, email support@leafyorb.com with “deletion” in the subject and the order number from your store receipt, which is how the record can be found without a name. Records the law requires for tax and accounting are kept for as long as it requires, and are not linked to your name.
