Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms cover Hue Haven, a ball sort puzzle game published by Leafy Orb. They sit alongside the LeafyOrb Terms of Service; where the two differ for this app, this page governs.
1. The free game
All levels, the Hue Gradient mode, the daily puzzle and Zen play are free, and so are undo, restart, hints and the spare tube. Looks can be earned with the stars you collect by playing.
2. Purchases
You can choose to buy looks early, such as a ball pack or the Supporter unlock, which unlocks every look including future ones. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They change how the game looks, never how easy it is.
Prices are shown by the store in your own currency before you confirm, and the store takes the payment. Purchases are linked to your store account and can be restored with Restore purchases in Settings. Refunds are the store’s to give, under Apple’s or Google’s policy, not ours.
3. Levels and fairness
Every level is checked by our solver before it ships, and each has a par: the fewest moves the solver found. We may add, change or rebalance levels and modes in updates. Your progress stays on your device.
4. Shared boards
You may share a board with people you know using its code. A code contains only the arrangement of the balls, nothing personal.
5. Fair use of the app
Do not try to extract the levels or artwork in bulk, resell them, or pass them off as your own. Playing, sharing your results, and using the game with a class or a group are what it is for.
6. No warranty
Hue Haven is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults or always available, and we are not liable for anything beyond the amount you paid for it.
7. Changes
These terms were last updated on 5 October 2026. If they change materially, the app will say so rather than leaving you to notice. Questions: support@leafyorb.com.
