Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The short version. Hue Haven needs no account, has no ads, no analytics and no servers of its own, and works fully offline. Your progress and settings live on your device. The only thing that leaves it is purchase information, and only if you buy something, so the store and RevenueCat can confirm and restore it.

This policy covers Hue Haven, a ball sort puzzle game published by Leafy Orb. It sits alongside the LeafyOrb Privacy Policy; where the two differ for this app, this page governs.

1. Who we are

Hue Haven is published by Leafy Orb, 937/2, Maruthupandiar Street, Thasilthar Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625020, India.

2. What stays on your device

The levels you have cleared, your stars, badges and streak, the puzzle you are part-way through, and your settings (theme, balls, background, sounds and accessibility options) are stored on the device, in the app’s own storage. They are not sent to us.

They may be included in your device’s own backup to Google or Apple, if you have that turned on; that backup is under your control, not ours. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.

3. What leaves your device

Purchases, only if you make one. Hue Haven offers optional one-time purchases that unlock looks (ball packs, backgrounds and the Supporter unlock). Payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card or account details. To confirm and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat. It receives a random identifier the app creates (not your name, email or advertising ID), the purchase receipt, and basic technical details such as app version, platform and the store’s country. RevenueCat’s handling of this is described in its privacy policy.

Ratings. The app may occasionally show the store’s own rating prompt. Your rating and review go to Google or Apple under their policies; we only see what is published on the store.

Shared boards. If you share a board, the app opens your device’s share sheet with a short text code. Nothing is sent unless you send it, and it goes only to the people you choose.

Nothing else leaves your device: no ads, no ad networks, no advertising identifier, no analytics, no crash reporting and no account. If we ever add anything beyond this, this page changes first and the app will say so before the release that does it.

4. Permissions

The app does not ask for location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or notifications. It uses the network only to talk to the store and RevenueCat about purchases.

5. Children

Hue Haven is suitable for players of all ages, including children. It has no ads, no chat, no accounts and no public content, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Purchases are made through the store, which asks for confirmation and supports parental controls such as purchase approval. The random purchase identifier is used only to confirm purchases, never to identify, track or advertise to anyone.

6. Your choices and deleting your data

You can turn sounds, music and haptics off in Settings. Everything Hue Haven keeps is on your device, so deleting the app deletes it permanently.

If you made a purchase, RevenueCat holds the record of it against the random identifier so it can be restored. To have that record deleted, email support@leafyorb.com with “deletion” in the subject and the order number from your store receipt. Records the law requires for tax and accounting are kept for as long as it requires, and are not linked to your name.

7. Contact

Questions about any of this: support@leafyorb.com, or write to Leafy Orb, 937/2, Maruthupandiar Street, Thasilthar Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625020, India.
