The short version. Taxi City needs no account, has no analytics and no servers of its own, and plays offline. Your progress and settings live on your device. A little can leave it: data Google’s ad service receives if you choose to watch an optional ad, and a purchase record that Google Play keeps if you buy the Supporter pack. None of it includes your name or email.

This policy covers Taxi City, a taxi game published by Leafy Orb. It sits alongside the LeafyOrb Privacy Policy; where the two differ for this app, this page governs.

1. Who we are

Taxi City is published by Leafy Orb, 937/2, Maruthupandiar Street, Thasilthar Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625020, India.

2. What stays on your device

The levels you have cleared, your stars, coins, upgrades, boosts, achievements, daily streak and missions, and your settings (colour theme, sound, music, vibration, easy mode and reduce effects) are stored on the device, in the app’s own storage. They are not sent to us.

They may be included in your device’s own backup to Google or Apple, if you have that turned on; that backup is under your control, not ours. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.

3. What leaves your device

Optional video ads. Nothing in Taxi City waits behind an ad. An ad plays only when you choose one: to double a shift’s fares, or to get a second chance when you run out of hearts. For this the app uses Google AdMob. Google receives your IP address (from which an approximate location can be worked out), device and app details, how the app and ads are used, and diagnostic information, to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud. We ask for every ad to be non-personalized, so it is not chosen from a profile of you, and the app does not request the advertising-ID permission; on Android 12 and older, Google’s services may still read the device’s advertising identifier, which you can reset or delete in your device’s Google settings (Settings, Google, Ads). In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google first shows a consent form, and you can change your choice later with Ad privacy settings in the game’s Settings. Supporters never see an ad. Google’s use of data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Purchases, only if you make one. The Supporter pack is a one-time purchase. Payment is handled by Google Play (or the App Store); we never see your card or account details. Google Play tells the game that you own the pack, so it can unlock it and restore it on a new device. The game receives only that confirmation, not your name, email or payment details.

Ratings. The app may occasionally show the store’s own rating prompt. Your rating and review go to Google or Apple under their policies; we only see what is published on the store.

Nothing else leaves your device: no analytics of our own, no crash reporting and no account. If we ever add anything beyond this, this page changes first and the app will say so before the release that does it.

4. Permissions

The app uses vibration for a short buzz when you pick up a fare or a crash happens (you can turn it off in Settings), and the network and Google Play billing only for the optional ads and the Supporter pack. It does not ask for location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or notifications.

5. Children

Taxi City is made for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. It has no chat, no accounts and no public content.

6. Your choices and deleting your data

You never have to watch an ad, and you can turn sounds, music and vibration off in Settings. Everything Taxi City keeps is on your device, so deleting the app deletes it permanently. Google Play keeps the record of a purchase in your Google account; you can see it in your Play order history.
